Anti-G Treadmill.
Get back on your feet.
If you experience pain while walking or running, our Anti-G treadmill can help you get back to training.
This treadmill uses air pressure to defy gravity, supporting the lower body and reducing body weight by up to 80%. This helps with strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation while minimising stress on the body or injury. Body weight gradually increases during a personalised rehabilitation program.
It's perfect for clients recovering from an injury or rehab after surgery, strokes, or accidents. It's also great for those struggling to exercise comfortably while trying to lose weight or seeking a safe, stable exercise environment due to disability, age, or medical conditions.
Foot Faults’ athletes frequently use the Anti-G treadmill to improve strength, and endurance. It also enables them to continue running during injury recovery.
Our Anti-G Treadmill is available for all our clients, not just elite athletes and professional sporting teams.
Get back on your feet with the Anti-Gravity Treadmills available at Foot Faults Newmarket and Holland Park West.
FAQs
-
An Anti-gravity treadmill uses pressurised air to reduce the weight through your body when walking or running on the treadmill.
When using special shorts over the top of your exercise clothes, the chamber fills with pressurised air which is calibrated to your weight and desired pressure.
Body weight can be reduced by up to 80%, relieving the load through an injury or painful area, and increasing stability. Body weight is then gradually increased during the rehabilitation program.

Using an Anti-Gravity treadmill enables you to exercise without putting as much load through your lower body.
By reducing the load and pressure through the joints and muscles of your legs and feet, it enables you to continue exercising when you are recovering from an injury.
It also creates a safe and stable exercise environment, ideal for anyone finding it difficult to exercise because of age, disability, instability, or during a weight loss journey.
